B. Connected Social Media Accounts (OAuth Authentication)
To enable publishing, scheduling, and analytics, you may authenticate your third-party social media accounts (including Google / YouTube, Meta / Instagram / Facebook / Threads, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, Telegram, and Discord).
Authentication occurs strictly through official OAuth 2.0 protocols. We NEVER receive, see, or store your personal passwords for any connected third-party platforms. We only receive authorized OAuth tokens and public channel identifiers necessary to execute your commands.
C. User Content & Uploaded Media
We store the media files (images, videos, graphics), post drafts, captions, scheduled publication times, tags, and first-comment data that you deliberately upload and compose to publish across your connected channels.
D. Log & System Operational Data
We automatically log technical data including IP addresses, browser types, operating systems, and API response logs to ensure system reliability, prevent unauthorized access, mitigate brute-force attempts, and enforce fair-use rate limits.
3. How We Use Collected Information
We process your data strictly for legitimate operational and business purposes, specifically to:
- Operate, maintain, and provide the core features of the Adruva SMM dashboard.
- Transcode, format, and dispatch your scheduled content to your designated social accounts at specified publication slots.
- Display aggregated post analytics, engagement metrics, and channel statistics within your private dashboard.
- Protect the integrity and security of our platform against fraudulent, abusive, or spam activity.
- Send essential transactional notifications, system alerts, billing receipts, and security notices.
Adruva SMM connects to Google APIs (including YouTube Data API v3 and Google Business Profile API) to provide authorized video upload, channel management, and post publishing functionality.
"Adruva SMM's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements."
In strict accordance with Google Limited Use requirements:
- Strictly Feature-Specific: We only access Google user data to execute user-initiated actions clearly requested within our application (e.g., uploading video content to your YouTube channel, retrieving subscriber/view analytics).
- NO AI/ML Model Training: Google user data is NEVER used to develop, train, retrain, or improve generalized or non-personalized Artificial Intelligence (AI) or Machine Learning (ML) models.
- NO Sale of Google Data: We NEVER sell, rent, monetize, or broker Google user data to any third party, marketing firm, or data aggregator.
- NO Advertising Use: Google user data is NEVER transferred, shared, or used for serving targeted advertisements, retargeting campaigns, or credit determination.
- Human Access Restrictions: No human at Adruva Solution reads your private Google data unless you explicitly give consent for technical troubleshooting, it is necessary for security investigations, or it is required by law.
5. Third-Party Service Providers & Infrastructure
We do not sell your personal data. We disclose information only to vetted infrastructure service providers bound by strict confidentiality and data protection obligations, solely to operate our service:
- Cloud Infrastructure & Databases: Amazon Web Services (AWS) and PostgreSQL for high-security database hosting and application execution.
- Media Storage: Cloudflare R2 / AWS S3 for secure, encrypted object storage of uploaded images and video files.
- Official Social Media APIs: Google/YouTube, Meta, LinkedIn, X Corp, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, etc., exclusively to deliver scheduled posts upon your explicit instruction.
6. Data Security & Encryption
We employ industry-standard administrative, physical, and technical safeguards. All communications between your browser and our servers are encrypted via modern TLS (HTTPS). OAuth tokens and sensitive credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption. We utilize isolated multi-tenant databases to prevent unauthorized cross-account access.
7. Revocation of Permissions & Data Erasure
You maintain continuous control over your connected accounts and personal information:
- Disconnecting Channels: You may disconnect any connected social account at any time with one click from the Channels tab in your dashboard. Disconnecting immediately deletes the stored OAuth token from our active database.
- Google Account Revocation: You can independently revoke Adruva SMM's access to your Google Account at any time via Google Security Permissions.
- Complete Account Deletion: You may request full permanent deletion of your account, media files, and post archives by emailing our compliance team at solutionadruva@gmail.com. Requests are processed within 30 days.
8. Cookies & Session Management
We use strictly necessary cookies to authenticate your session, remember your organization context, and maintain your preferred UI theme (Light/Dark mode). We do not deploy intrusive third-party cross-site advertising cookies.
